The Enolia earns both a WaveMaker Award and the People’s Choice Award, celebrating innovation, design, and community impact across the region.
Baltimore, MD – October 15, 2025 – L.F. Jennings is proud to announce recognition at the 2025 ULI Baltimore WaveMaker Awards, where The Enolia received both a WaveMaker Award and the People’s Choice Award. The annual program honors projects that exemplify design excellence, innovation, and a positive contribution to the built environment throughout the region.
As general contractor and event sponsor, the firm joined peers from across the real estate and construction community to celebrate collaboration, creativity, and the developments shaping Baltimore’s evolving landscape.
The evening also recognized Kimberly “Kim” Clark, Executive Vice President of the Baltimore Development Corporation, with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her decades of leadership and dedication to revitalizing neighborhoods and fostering inclusive economic growth.
The ULI Baltimore WaveMaker Awards continue to honor excellence in real estate, recognizing those who advance design, sustainability, and community engagement across the Mid-Atlantic.
