Demolition, CIP concrete, millwork, solid surface material, roofing, doors/frames/hardware, glass & glazing, window film, drywall & acoustics, tile, carpet & vinyl, painting, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers/cabinets, marker boards, roller shades, cubicle curtains and track, lockers, appliances, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.

Selection of GC: Friday, October 4th.
RFIs for the project: Due NLT 9 a.m. Friday, September 20th.
Contractor is to ensure full compliance with Inova’s Influenza and COVID vaccinations policy (Policy to be uploaded as soon as received)

L.F. Jennings is bidding the Muse Alley and Park project in North Bethesda, MD. The project includes the renovation of an existing plaza (called Muse Alley), and the addition of a new park area at the Pike and Rose development. Trades included are demolition, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals including a steel pergola structure, pavers, irrigation, landscaping, site furnishings, paving, curb & gutter, carpentry, waterproofing, caulking, siding, Ardex flooring, painting, and electrical work.
