This historic transformation—formerly the Mutual Assurance Society Building, constructed in 1904—has been reimagined into a stunning 168-unit residential property that seamlessly blends the charm of the past with modern luxury. Originally a nine-story building, it now stands at 12 stories, following the addition of three floors in 1912.
