Richmond, VA – July 30, 2025 – L.F. Jennings is pleased to announce the start of construction on the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Center Renovation, a complete interior transformation of their two-story, 26,700-square-foot office space in Richmond.

Designed by Wendel and engineered by Salas O’Brien, the renovation will modernize the workspace to better support Thalhimer’s operations and enhance the employee experience. The building will be vacated during construction to allow uninterrupted progress, with re-occupancy scheduled for early 2026.
