These awards celebrate outstanding construction achievements across the region and highlight projects that exemplify quality, innovation, and collaboration.
This year, L.F. Jennings was recognized for the following projects:
Wolf Trap Meadow Commons – Commercial, $13–20M
The Meadow Commons project enhances the guest experience at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, introducing new amenities that harmonize with the natural setting while elevating accessibility and comfort. In partnership with Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and Gensler.
Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria – Retail, $5M and over
This project delivered two state-of-the-art facilities: a two-story service center with advanced bays, offices, and rooftop parking, as well as a four-story sales building with showrooms, offices, lounges, and below-grade parking. In partnership with Lindsay Automotive, Simpson Development Group, and Penney Design Group.
Whole Foods Market – Falls Church – Retail/Interiors
A 56,441 SF interior fit-out across three levels, this project transformed an existing shell space into a dynamic new Whole Foods Market featuring retail, mezzanine, and structured parking. In partnership with Whole Foods Market and Rounds VanDuzer Architects.
