Falls Church, VA — July 08, 2025 — L.F. Jennings, serving as General Contractor, is proud to announce the completion and opening of Paragon Theaters at Founders Row. This new venue adds an exceptional entertainment destination to the mixed-use community in Falls Church.

Paragon Theaters features seven screens and more than 600 heated, fully reclining seats, offering guests a comfortable, upgraded way to enjoy the latest films without leaving the neighborhood. A highlight of the theater is the flagship Axis 15 Extreme auditorium, which boasts a 65-foot screen tilted at 15 degrees for optimal viewing, along with laser projection, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and 3D capabilities for a truly immersive experience.

This project enhances the lifestyle amenities at Founders Row, providing residents and the surrounding community with a convenient, elevated cinema experience just steps from home.
