L.F. Jennings is requesting pricing for the College Plaza Project, a minor redevelopment of an existing shopping center. The project scope includes demolition of the existing 5,000 SF “shoebox” building to create outdoor café seating, additional convenience parking spaces, and associated sitework including utility abandonment, grading, concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, asphalt, islands, and landscaping.
The project also includes selective demolition of the Courtyard Shops façade, mansard, and archways on the Main Building, Pad A Building façade, and existing pylon sign, followed by façade renovations including framing, EIFS, trim, columns, lighting, painting throughout the center, and construction of the structures for two new pylon signs.
The project will be done in one continuous mobilization, but the owner would like breakouts for the Main Building, Pad A, Pad B and the Pylon Signs. The anticipated start date for construction is April 15, 2026.
Bids are due by Friday, December 5th COB.
Site Visit: Wednesday, November 19, 10:00 AM.
