This building will be compromised of structure, pavers, sprinkler, and MEP work. This project will also include the construction of a dumpster enclosure that should be provided as an add/alternate.

We have not been issued a spec book yet, but are anticipating one. Once received, we will send it out.

Potomac Shores VRE Station

L.F. Jennings is bidding the construction of a new VRE train station at Potomac Shores. This project consists of a new platform, elevator towers, stairs, and pedestrian bridge, including all sitework and utilities required.

Note, this project will occur while the railroad is active. There is minimal access to the site and crossing the railroad will be required. We will post various logistic plans, phasing plans, CSX requirements, and a schedule–please stay tuned.

Construction is scheduled to start November 2025.

RFI’s are due Friday, 9/26. Bids are due Friday, 10/10.

Mercedes Benz Annapolis Alterations

L.F. Jennings is bidding the renovations to the Merecedes Benz facilities in Annapolis, Maryland. The scope includes two buildings, the Sales building at 324 Sixth Street (25,000 SF) and the Service building at 1920 Forest Drive (45,000 SF). These are two separate sets of plans but will be bid as one project and constructed concurrently.

The scope includes exterior and interior demolition, concrete, structural steel, metals/railings, millwork, countertops, metal panels, storefront, man doors, overhead doors, roofing, caulking, LGMF/drywall, flooring, tile, paint, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. The anticipated start date will be January 2026.
