Project consists of the phased renovation of over 43,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, Replace existing fluorescent lighting with upgraded LED fixtures on a one-for-one basis, integrate Lutron Athena controls, and restore ceilings and finishes to a uniform condition. The project is supported by Issued for Bid (IFB) drawings prepared by DCS and Bowman, dated 7/24/2026, for the electrical and architectural scope on Level 2 and Level 7.
