Target remodel of an existing Target. The Target will be staying open throughout the course of construction, meaning much of the work will need to be done during off hours. The scope is similar to a lot of the other Target projects, including but not limited to some exterior work, new finishes, new flooring, new polished concrete, new refrigeration, and updated MEP work.
