The scope includes full site work and the demolition of an existing structure to make way for a new building pad. Walk-thru: 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 17. Space is currently secured (not during construction) so all attendees will need to bring ID and sign and bring to the walkthrough, the security form that will uploaded. No cameras/phones will be allowed during the walk through. Please plan to bring paper plans and notetaking supplies to the pre-bid meeting because phones, cameras, tablets, etc. will not be permitted inside the space.
Site photos & deck height will be provided.
