L.F. Jennings is bidding the site improvements at One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA. This scope of work includes demolition, utilities, traffic signalization, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, pavers, asphalt paving, landscaping, striping and signage.
Note, the Traffic Calming Plans and the One Loudoun Thorndike Street plans shall be priced separately.
