Project consists of the renovation of over 500 sf. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, concrete, stainless steel handrails, glass storefront, stone tile flooring, high traffic coating, stainless steel walk-off mat, electrical tie-in.

- Please take note of the alternates:
- Provide an alternate to replace the existing single door and hardware on the west side of the lobby. This is Door 102 at Corridor 102 as shown on the original building drawing sheet A1.6 included in the project files.
- Provide an alternate to upgrade the finish on the concrete to stamped concrete (finish and pattern TBD).
