L.F. Jennings, Inc. is proud to announce the successful completion of the 3,000 SF renovation of Villaggio Ristorante & Bar, located on the first floor of the historic Magnolia Inn in the heart of The Village at Pinehurst.
Originally built in 1896, the project updated the dining room, bar, and restrooms to meet current ADA standards while preserving the building’s historic charm. Exterior enhancements to the patio improve accessibility and create a welcoming outdoor dining experience.
A big thank you to Glavé & Holmes Architecture for their thoughtful design collaboration—and a special thank you to Pinehurst Resort & Country Club for once again trusting us with this meaningful restoration.
