L.F. Jennings is requesting pricing for the Waldorf Mathnasium project, an interior tenant fit-out for a new Mathnasium learning center located in Waldorf, MD. The project involves converting a vacant retail space into a functional educational facility. The scope includes construction of new toilet rooms, interior partitions, acoustical ceilings, and lighting. Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will also be installed as part of the build-out. Construction is anticipated to begin in November 2025.

Trades involved include selective demolition, concrete, doors and storefront, drywall, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
