L.F. Jennings is the General Contractor for the sitework associated with a new future Starbucks building in Dumfries, VA. The scope includes full site work and the demolition of an existing structure to make way for a new building pad. Trades involved include site survey, demolition, plumbing, electrical, site utilities, grading, asphalt paving, striping and signage, curb and gutter, site lighting, and landscaping. The construction is scheduled to begin February 2025, and permits have been pulled.
