L.F. Jennings is bidding the construction of a new VRE train station at Potomac Shores. This project consists of a new platform, elevator towers, stairs, and pedestrian bridge, including all sitework and utilities required.

Note, this project will occur while the railroad is active. There is minimal access to the site and crossing the railroad will be required. We will post various logistic plans, phasing plans, CSX requirements, and a schedule–please stay tuned.

Construction is scheduled to start November 2025.

RFI’s are due Friday, 9/26. Bids are due Friday, 10/10.
