Project consists of the renovation of over 16,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition (structural and architectural), shoring of existing exterior wall and structures, site concrete, concrete, masonry, steel & misc. metal, EIFS, metal panels & trim, siding (phenolic & wood), roofing (TPO), doors/frames/hardware, storefront, drywall, light gauge framing, painting, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
