Manassas, VA
L.F. Jennings is bidding the construction of the new NOVEC Headquarters building which consists of site work and utilities for a 5.5 acre site, a 3-story steel building and complete fit-out of the 60,000 GSF building. Exterior finishes include brick, precast, curtainwall, and storefront. Please note there are two sets of plans, the shell plans and the fit-out plans. Both sets shall be included in your pricing.
RFI’s are due by Thursday, 11/6. Bids are due Monday, 11/17.
