Project consists of the renovation of over 11,500 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, glass & film, drywall & acoustics, flooring, painting, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
