This project is for the M&F Bank – Charlotte Branch Interior Renovations, located in Charlotte, NC.
The project consists of approximately 3,330 SF of interior upfit work of an existing 8,300 SF space that includes the following rough outline of scope per locations below. Portions of the building may be occupied during the course of construction. Include alternate pricing for portions of work that may need to be completed after hours due to noise/interruptions to business activities.
Basement Level:
- Includes electrical panel rework/demolition only.
Level 1/2:
- Requires new plumbing, above and below existing floors for new fixtures
- Interior and Exterior Selective Demolition of finishes and MEPs.
- Potential abatement scope of work (To be verified)
- Rework/new of MEP. Including new lighting, and rework of power distribution. Plumbing additions and HVAC rework as required.
- Rework/new finishes, including millwork, flooring, tile framing/sheetrock, gyp and acoustical ceilings, painting, shades, FRP, etc.

Exterior:
- Project signage
- Demolition and Infill of exterior wall to match existing where glazing and drive through window are being removed.

- Exterior Framing
- Exterior MEP penetrations and wall caps.
