L.F. Jennings is bidding a pool house for the McLean Swim & Tennis Club in McLean, Virginia. The scope includes the demolition of an existing 2,500 SF CMU pool house and the construction of a new 2,583 SF of pool house along with minor site work.
Trades included are building demolition, stakeout, earthwork, storm system, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, steel, framing carpentry with wood joists, millwork, siding, caulking, standing seam metal roofing, HM doors, coiling doors, sliding glass doors, aluminum windows, painting, ceramic tile, epoxy flooring, toilet partitions, kitchen equipment, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
