The project consists of an interior tenant renovation for McCandlish Holton at the Bank of America Center, 1111 E Main Street, Suites #2000 & 2100, Richmond, VA 23219.
Project consists of approximately 4,677 SF office buildout at the 20th and 21st floors, including demolition and new construction of offices, conference rooms, open work areas, and support spaces.
The following trades are required: interior demolition, millwork, interior glazing, carpet flooring, natural stone tile, frameless glass partition, doors and hardware, painting, metal framing and drywall, acoustical ceiling grid and tile, div 10 accessories, design build fire suppression, design build plumbing, design build hvac, design build electrical, design build fire alarm.
Work to be performed within an occupied building and shall maintain existing life safety systems and egress.
