Project consists of the renovation of over 9,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, steel & misc. metal, millwork, solid surface material, doors/frames/hardware, glass & film (separate from dHive), demountable partitions (dHive), drywall & acoustics, flooring, tile, painting & wallcovering, acoustic panels, appliances, window treatments, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.

- Site photos & deck height will be provided.
