L.F. Jennings is bidding the construction of a 13,500 sf, 1-story steel, retail shell located at the Fairway Village Development. This building will be compromised of structure, pavers, sprinkler, and MEP work. This project will also include the construction of a dumpster enclosure that should be provided as an add/alternate.

We have not been issued a spec book yet, but are anticipating one. Once received, we will send it out.
