The residential structure is wood framed construction (IIIA) with a concrete podium over the first floor amenity areas. The façade is clad with brick, metal panels, fiber cement panels and lap siding and the parking garage will receive sandblast finishes.

The project consists of a 4-story wood framed residential building with 151 dwelling units, totaling 127,595 gross square feet. This is a type 5A construction with brick and fiber cement exterior finishes. Anticipated start of construction is October 2025.

NAAA Lacrosse Facility

Annapolis, MD

L.F. Jennings is requesting pricing for the construction of a 3-story, 36,000 SF lacrosse facility. The building will be compromised of a steel structure, with skin components including precast concrete, curtain wall, and metal panels. Interior features include fit out for training rooms, hydrotherapy, nutrition, offices, and will include second and third level balconies. This project will also include the demolition of an existing propane field and relocation of several utilities to accommodate the new building.

RFI’s are due no later than Friday, 7/18. Proposals are due no later than Tuesday, 7/22.
