L.F. Jennings is bidding the modifications to the existing 125,000 SF JC Penney at Annapolis Mall in Annapolis, MD. The interior of the existing JC Penney will be demolished and prepared for new tenants. The existing loading dock area will be modified as well. Please note that there are two sets of plans for the different phases of the work. The two sets of plans will be bid as one project and work will be done concurrently.
The scope includes interior and exterior demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel/misc. metals, caulking, DFH, overhead doors/loading dock equipment, LGMF/drywall, paint, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
