Project consists of the renovation of over 39,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, concrete slab on grade, precast prefabricated concrete ramp, metal handrails, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, dock leveler, glass & windows, drywall & acoustics, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
