Project consists of the renovation of over 36,000 sf of space including the 1st, 2nd, 10th, and penthouse. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, concrete, steel & misc. metal, architectural metal (metal mesh/frame), decorative bronze metal panel column cladding, metal base, millwork, solid surface material, doors/frames/hardware, metal panels, glass & film, demountable partitions, drywall & acoustics, flooring, tile, painting & wallcovering, toilet partitions & accessories, appliances, window treatments, elevator, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
- Walk-thru: Mandatory for MEP – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Contractors can come anytime within this 4 hour window. Site conditions (unless unforeseen) will be included as part of the scope.
- Site photos & deck height will be provided.

- ADD ALTERNATE #1: PROVIDE ALTERNATE VESTIBULE AS INDICATED ON SHEET A4256. MATERIAL AND GENERAL NOTATIONS
ARE INCLUDED FOR PRICING. - DEDUCT ALTERNATE #1: REMOVE METAL SCREENS AND PANELS IN SUNKEN LIVING ROOM AS INDICATED IN PLANS. NOTE VP-1 TO REMAIN AS BASE SCOPE.
- DEDUCT ALTERNATE #2: REMOVE WOOD CEILING, WCT-1, IN WELLNESS CENTER ONLY. PROVIDE FOR OPEN CEILING CONCEPT, INCLUDE PRICING FOR PAINTING CEILING AND ALL EXPOSED MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, ETCETERA ELEMENTS BLACK. SPRINKLER HEADS TO BE UPTURNED. ALL EXPOSED WIRING TO BE KEPT CLEAN AND TIDY.
