This project consists of the new construction of a 22,995 SF Nissan automotive dealership including a full showroom, customer lounge, administrative offices, parts storage area, and a fully equipped service department. Work includes all associated site development, structural systems, building enclosure, interior build-out, and complete MEP infrastructure required to support dealership and service operations. Anticipated start date is June 26′.
