Project consists of the renovation of over 19,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, millwork, solid surface material, doors/frames/hardware, glass & film, drywall & acoustics, flooring, tile, painting & wallcovering, appliances, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.

• Walk-thru:  2:30 – 3:30p.m. Wednesday, October 29th.
• Site photos & deck height will be provided.
• Estimated Start Date: January 2026
• Controls/BMS: Siemens
• Fire alarm tie-in: Siemens
• Please take note of the alternates: Wallcovering and as identified on Architectural sheets A901, A902, A903, A904 (includes demo, doors, glass, drywall, paint, MEP, etc.)
