L.F. Jennings is bidding the renovations to the Merecedes Benz facilities in Annapolis, Maryland. The scope includes two buildings, the Sales building at 324 Sixth Street (25,000 SF) and the Service building at 1920 Forest Drive (45,000 SF). These are two separate sets of plans but will be bid as one project and constructed concurrently.

The scope includes exterior and interior demolition, concrete, structural steel, metals/railings, millwork, countertops, metal panels, storefront, man doors, overhead doors, roofing, caulking, LGMF/drywall, flooring, tile, paint, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. The anticipated start date will be January 2026.
