LF. Jennings is requesting pricing for the NOON Hioaks Phase II project in Richmond, Virginia. The project consists of a 4-story wood framed residential building with 151 dwelling units, totaling 127,595 gross square feet. This is a type 5A construction with brick and fiber cement exterior finishes. Anticipated start of construction is October 2025.
We are the General Contractor.
RFIs will be due July 22nd.
Bids will be due Tuesday, August 12th.
