The project consists of select interior demolition of an existing Building (145,038 SF +/-) located in Henrico, VA.
The following trades are required: Select Demolition.
– Asbuilt drawings are coming.
– Refer to the Existing Floor Plans located in the documents folder.
Site Visit will be on Monday, February 9th at 1pm.
Bids are due by Thursday, February 19th, 2026 @ 2:00 PM.
Anticipated start of construction is Mid April 2026.
