Project consists of the renovation of over 14,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, millwork, solid surface material, doors/frames/hardware, glass doors (not demountable), demountable partitions (dHive), drywall & acoustics, flooring, tile, painting & wallcovering, fire extinguishers & cabinets, appliances, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
