There are two projects – Price them separately
Project#1 – Worldstrides – Demising Wall
18,892 SF to one (1) 15,403 SF tenant office space, and one (1) 3,489 SF tenant office space. There is no change of use associated with this work. Scope of work is to provide new tenant suite & common corridor. All work is to be completed during normal construction hours. All fire alarm and life safety requirements shall be maintained as needed after work is completed.
Project #2 – 191 Gallows Road 7th Floor Restroom Renovation
THE SCOPE OF WORK REPRESENTED ON THESE DRAWINGS HAS BEEN PROVIDED IN ORDER TO RENOVATE THE 7TH FLOOR RESTROOMS. GC TO FURNISH LABOR, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES FOR WORK AS INDICATED OR INFERRED BY THE DOCUMENTS
TO COMPLETE TO DESIGN INTENT.
