Yard 56 Mixed Use Building

The project consists of constructing a five- and seven-story building that consists of a concrete podium structure, wood framing, and a precast garage. There are 227 residential units, ground-floor retail, amenity space, and a courtyard. For transportation, the nine-story parking garage has five levels of public parking and four levels designated for the residents, as well as street parking adjacent to the building.
