L.F. Jennings, Inc., a leader in the construction industry in the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager or experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step. We desire candidates with 3-5 years of experience in remodeling and tenant improvement projects. Project types include a variety of exciting opportunities, from life science, to agtech, to biomanufacturing. Previous experience building out life science space in the Research Triangle market is essential.
This position will provide coordination and management of document controls, submittal processing, requisition creation, RFI management, RFP/PC management and collaborating closely with team members for all phases of work. The ideal candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to read and interpret construction drawing. A working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software and Procore project management software is required. A professional frame of mind and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are necessary.

Travel Requirements
Frequent travel between office and jobsites, local jurisdictions, meeting locations. L.F. Jennings pays mileage costs to employees for work-related travel.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in the office or the field office, able to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time, able to lift 25 pounds.
