Potomac Shores Garage: A Milestone in Development
Completed in September 2024, the state-of-the-art parking garage spans 166,000 square feet across five levels and provides 370 parking spaces to support the growing needs of the community. Designed with both function and visitor experience in mind, the garage features four below-grade levels and one above-grade level, maximizing space efficiency. In addition to its core infrastructure, the garage includes a gazebo and outdoor lounging area, offering a welcoming space for visitors. A pedestrian boardwalk with seating provides a scenic retreat, reinforcing the development’s commitment to both convenience and quality of life. The project was made possible through the collaboration of Biddle Real EstateVentures (BREV) , Market Boost Development, Core D.C., and Urban Ltd., whose combined expertise helped bring this vision to life.
Potomac Shores Station House: A Vision Taking Shape
With the garage now complete, attention turns to the Potomac Shores Station House, an essential component in enhancing regional connectivity. Currently under construction, the 22,000-square-foot facility is designed to integrate seamlessly into the urban landscape and serve as the pedestrian gateway to the to the Potomac Shores VRE Station which will be adjacent to and accessed via the retail and parking facility. Once completed, it will house as many as five commercial spaces, creating opportunities for a vibrant mix of businesses. The top floor will feature a culinary destination with breathtaking views of the Potomac River , offering a unique experience for visitors and commuters. With a modern and dynamic design, the Station House is set to become a premier gathering space, further establishing Potomac Shores as a regional hub for transit, commerce, and leisure. The facility is scheduled for completion of construction in September 2025.
