Warranty / Punch List Carpenter
L.F. Jennings, Inc., a leader in the construction industry in the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking an experienced Warranty / Punch List Carpenter. We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled individual who has experience with warranty, punch-list and water intrusion carpentry and a demonstrated history of delivering high quality products to fulfill the customer-facing role of Warranty / Punch List Carpenter. Candidates must be able to read and interpret construction drawings. A working knowledge of Procore project management software is helpful. Multifamily construction and water intrusion experience is preferred. We desire a candidate with 10+ years of experience. Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs
- Promptly and accurately complete all work orders to satisfaction of L.F. Jennings and their clients
- Collaborate with project management staff
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Track project progress and implement measures for safe and successful completion of work.
- Communicate with all stakeholders; maintain open lines of communication with the rest of the project management team to effectively address issues and prohibit problems
- Maintain compliance of safety, health, and quality standards
- Problem solve, seek appropriate support for decision making, and carry issues to positive resolution
- Recommend improvements in procedures as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of carpentry experience including drywall, hardware and finish carpentry
- Dependable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed
- Able to document findings via software
- Good driving record
- Able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned
