Project consists of the renovation of roughly 8,400 sf space in Reston, VA. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition (minor), millwork cabinets, banquettes, wood panels, solid surface material, doors/frames/hardware, glass entrances, glass walls & windows, drywall & acoustics (baffles), carpet & vinyl, tile, paint & wallcoverings, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.

• Include Power Alarm Control Services (703 415 4411) for FA tie-in.
• Include Capron (301 424 9500) for base building HVAC controls.
