Construction of a new 2-story 31,149 SF clubhouse and driving range structure, separate maintenance facility, and associated site improvements at the Rock Creek Golf Course.

The project has been split into the following phases:

Phase 1: Tree removal (by another contractor and excluded from this bid).
Phase 2: Construction of maintenance facility. Demolition of the existing clubhouse.
Phase 3: Construction of the new clubhouse and driving range structure. Demolition of the old maintenance building. All relevant sitework.
Phase 4: Golf Course construction and rehab (by another contractor and excluded from this bid).

Phase 2 is expected to begin February 1, 2025 and is expected to completed no later than September 1, 2025.

Phase 3 is expected to begin April 1, 2025 and is expected to be completed no later than August 30, 2026.
