The project consists of the renovation of roughly 6,700 sf of interior space and REQUIRES U.S. CITIZENS. The renovated suite includes renovation of existing office space to include open office areas, single offices, a conference room, closed and secured spaces, lab space, server rooms, and an operations center. The scope includes renovation within one of the existing restrooms. New AV, IT and security systems will be required to support the new build. This space is targeted for occupancy by April 30th, 2024. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following trades. Demolition, doors/frames/hardware, glass & glazing, windows, drywall & acoustics, carpet & vinyl flooring, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
