L.F. Jennings is the General Contractor for the 3-tier, 120,000 GSF, precast parking garage located at One Loudoun Uptown. This parking garage includes vestibules and lobbies that service the adjacent building. Bidding trades include striping, fencing, misc. metals, wood and metal panels, stucco, roofing, caulking, doors, storefront, finishes, and MEP systems.

RFI’s are due Wednesday, December 12/3. Construction is scheduled to begin Q2-Q3 2026.
