Project is converting an existing 5-story building with new addition into a self storage facility.  Work includes partial demolition of building with selective demo on the interior and exterior of the building to remain, minor excavation, wet utilities, site hardscapes, underpinning, caissons, structural steel, misc metals, fireproofing, waterproofing, roofing, green roof, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, elevators, and MEP.  Project anticipated to begin by summer.
