• Base Bid – Approximately 7 acres of site work for a Silver Diner and 2-story Office Building including site demolition, grading, wet utilities, curb & gutter, sidewalks, asphalt paving, dumpster enclosures and gate, landscaping, retaining walls, bike racks, pavers, site lighting and stripping and signage.
• Provide breakout cost for removal of onsite stockpile.
• Provide separate bid price to develop only Silver Diner site work – (see Exhibit A – Silver Diner Concept Pricing dated 1-17-19)
