Project consists of the renovation of over 28,000 sf of space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, concrete slab on deck, steel angles & decking, doors/frames/hardware, drywall & acoustics, painting sprinkler, HVAC, and electric.
- Walk-thru: 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 17. Space is currently secured (not during construction) so all attendees will need to bring ID and sign and bring to the walkthrough, the security form that will uploaded. No cameras/phones will be allowed during the walk through. Please plan to bring paper plans and notetaking supplies to the pre-bid meeting because phones, cameras, tablets, etc. will not be permitted inside the space.
