Project consists of the demolition of over 41,000 sf of space. This is a fast track submission for the demolition of this space. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to the demolition of interior concrete/structural items, millwork, openings, finishes, accessories, equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and electric. If you plan to submit a proposal, you need to attend the site visit this Friday.

• Walk-thru: This Friday (October 10, 2025) at 10:30 a.m. Please meet in the lobby. Jeff Black from our office will be on site.
