Virginia Women’s Center Open at Forest Medical Plaza

Richmond based general contractor L.F. Jennings, Inc. has completed construction of the tenant fit-out for the newest Virginia Women’s Center location. This office is on the second floor of the Forest Medical Plaza at 7611 Forest Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. For more than 40 years, the Virginia Women’s Center has been a leading practice in the
Richmond area dedicated to women’s health needs.
Trammell Crow Company is the Owner of this project. A successful partnership on past projects led them to again make L.F. Jennings their general contractor.
Designed by Baskervill of Richmond, this 15,000 square foot space is fresh and welcoming. Carefully coordinated finishes from carpeting to wall coverings create a calming environment for both staff and patients. L.F. Jennings performed all work associated with the mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and plumbing systems.
