L.F. Jennings Breaks Ground at Belvoir Corporate Campus in Springfield, VA

Construction of the newest office park in Springfield is officially underway. A joint venture of Rubenstein Partners, Broad Street Equities and The Ardent Company purchased the 24 acre site on Loisdale Road with the goal of creating a dynamic office environment in one of the strongest submarkets in the country. The future 233,558 square foot, Class A office park known as Belvoir Corporate Campus is located just minutes from both the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and Ft. Belvoir, offering excellent visibility from I-95.
Designed by the award winning firm of Herring & Trowbridge Architects, the project will feature the construction of two Class-A, 116,779 square foot buildings, each offering four stories plus a concourse level of LEED Silver certified space. The building composition comprises twin asymmetric concrete and glass curtain wall towers, mirrored around a pedestrian plaza featuring outdoor meeting spaces amid a bosque of flowering shade trees.
Lobbies will be finished with a rich composition of granite, Anigre wood and glass. Floors are virtually column free and provide seven corner offices on each level. For the discriminating tenant, the top level will feature reception and boardroom space with clerestory glazing on three sides and wall-to-wall glass to nineteen feet above the floor.

Belvoir Corporate Campus will offer a variety of amenities including a state of the art fitness center, bicycle storage and private shuttle transportation to and from the Springfield metro.
The project has an anticipated completion date in March, 2013.
