L.F. Jennings Corporate Interiors Division Tapped by Carl M. Freeman Companies

L.F. Jennings Corporate Interiors has once again been selected to construct a high profile corporate headquarters project. Award winning developer, Carl M. Freeman Companies is relocating their corporate offices to 111 Rockville Pike; a class A office property in the heart of downtown Rockville.

Designed by Annapolis based architecture firm Bignell Watkins Hasser, the 10,000 square foot suite is located on the top floor of the building, providing dramatic views of the Rockville skyline. Particulars on the design include a sophisticated reception area with granite tops and intricate millwork. Directly adjacent to the reception area, an expansive gallery will treat visitors to a spectacular collection of fine art. Well appointed executive suites, a board room and break area with full kitchen complete the space.

The project began on June 4th with an anticipated completion date of August 25th.
